Fund Property is a match making platform connecting property developers and investors.

To use the mobile application users must register their account through the fundproperty.com website first.

Members are organised hierarchically, with members that contribute to the community favoured. The primary reward for increased status is earlier access to property opportunities.

Members can follow other users or property opportunities to learn and ensure they don’t miss out, create or join investment groups, unlock profiles to contact members directly and fund property projects they believe in to take a share in the profit. Members are able to start campaigns to sell, raise funds, find joint venture partners and test the market to learn buyer or investor sentiment before commencing a project and ultimately connect with a crowd of keen investors.
